(above) qualified as a RGN in 1990. She also has intermediate
exams in Laws and a Diploma in Health Care Management, she is
the registered owner and manager and oversees every aspect of
the operation of April. |

Neil
has been heavily involved in the company since it started and
is now actively involved in running the business as well as undertaking
Manual Handling Instruction to our staff. |

JENNIFER SMITH RGN, Cert. Ed.
TRAINING
AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
A retired senior nurse with over 20 years' experience within the
NHS, Jenny is responsible for programme planning and design. Having
completed her Cert. Ed. she enjoys combining her nursing and teaching
skills.
Training
courses provided by April range from fundamental care skills to
advanced life support, and from customer care to management development.
Our 'hands-on' experienced course tutors will tailor sessions
to meet your individual needs. |

ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Mathew Hughes is a part-qualified Accountant working towards his
ACCA qualification. Mathew joined April in 2001 as part of the
Cymru Prosper Wales Scheme after a period of working in other
recruitment and financial sectors. He is responsible for all the
financial aspects of the business from invoicing to wages. |

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Wendy is April's Human Resources Manager. She joined the Company
in April 2006 having previously spent 15 years working as an Administrator
for a group of care homes where she gained a vast knowledge and
experience within the healthcare sector. Wendy will be responsible
as Head of Human Resources Department for the smooth running of
this vital element of the Company. |

DEPUTY HR MANAGER / BOOKINGS CO-ORDINATOR
Delyth joined April in January 2008. Delyth has over 4 years experience
working as Senior Administrator within a busy office. Delyth is
responsible for supporting Wendy and staff allocation.

As a part of our commitment to developing the potential of individuals,
April has provided young graduates with the opportunity to gain
some valuable experience in the workplace.
Graduates
who participate in the Cymru Prosper Wales scheme are seconded
to April for a period of three months. During this time, April
provides placees with a project or task that will enable them
to learn vital business skills and improve their understanding
of their discipline. While working on the placement scheme, April
provides each placee with the support they need to acquire and
improve the skills they require.
